The Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA) is a U.S. National Recreation Area protecting 80,002 acres (32,376 ha) of ecologically and historically significant landscapes surrounding the San Francisco Bay Area.It is also one of the largest urban parks in the world, with a size two-and-a-half times that of the consolidated city and county of San Francisco.


Ticket

Admission to the area is free. Some attractions may require extra fees.


Business Hour

Visitor centers usually open between 9 am and 10 am and close between 4 pm and 6 pm.
