The building was nicely done, my only problem was the tour started by thanking our aboriginal landlords, the artwork was mostly aboriginal, a doccumentry was showing of aboriginal members giving their maiden speeches. I had believed this parliament was for all Australians not for just one race.

Worth a visit for sure, we were short on time so called in very quickly. A short security check on entry. Free entry. Good views on the roof over the city

One of the must visit places in Canberra. Two hours free underground parking. Free and paid tours available. You can checkout the politicians in action if there is a sitting. You can also go to the rooftop for a panoramic view looking towards the Australian War Memorial.
