Lots of nicely preserved collections. All are interesting and beautiful things to see. Great way to learn about Japan's history and culture. The staffs are also friendly and helpful.

Huge museum with decent garden. Easily spend entire afternoon there. Exhibition is logically sorted, with tags that give all information needed. Staff is helpful.

Lots of interesting exhibits, artifacts, and displays. I really enjoyed the one about blades and armor. Naturally, all of the plaques are in Japanese, but it was still enjoyable to just take it in visually even if I couldn't read the extra info.
