Huge park that have everything that Mama with boys who love train need. Take the bench in the southeast area and you can watching different train travel to/from Kyoto Station for hours. Plus, you can also expect Steam Locomotive to operate in the track beside the park. You also can ride the very first train that operated in Kyoto. It run (walk speed actually ) between Train Cafe and Playgroud. The park also have walking/jogging track, 2 playground, clean toilets, small pond and creek, etc. If you don't mind spending some money, you can go to Aquarium or Train Museum. But, sometimes you can see the dolphins jumping in the show from outside Aquarium.
