What To Expect

Join local Santomean youth in a Capoiera training session.

You will join the Uni-Art Capoeira Group for a training session and you will discover the many aspects of the famous Brazilian martial art :

-Warm up
-Learn basic capoeira steps
-Learn basic capoeira kicks
-Learn basic capoeira dodges

Discover also the traditional capoeira music, and try it yourself !

We work with the CACAE Association, which is sponsoring this activity in the Bairro do Hospital, and with the Capoeira group in São João.

So your payment is a donation for the association.

Trainings are almost everyday in the afternoon from 3:30 pm to 5:30, but need to be confirmed in advance.
