Uganda Wildlife Conservation Education Centre Established in 1952 with a major aim of rescuing and rehabilitating injured and orphaned wildlife. It is a collection of over 400 indigenous wild animals, 500 plant species and over 250 bird species. What to see: Zebras Antelopes Monkeys Giraffes Cheetahs Rhinos Chimpanzees Warthogs Lions & many more including birds like the endemic shoebill & reptiles.
