The pick-up time is set according to your location, pick up start at 08:00 am and depending on the location the pickup time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
If the Customer wants to arrive at the marina by its own, they need to take in mind that the parking near the marina is limited. They would have to arrive early in order to find a near parking spot.

Isla Mujeres
The adventure starts after picking you up at your hotel and taking you to our new private marina located at the Punta Sam ferry terminal, then we will sail through the Caribbean Sea until we reach the Punta Sam reef, our first stop, where you will snorkel and explore the ocean, and swimming in one of the most beautiful natural reserves in the Caribbean, "Punta Sam Reef" is home to different species of fish, turtles and marine life.
In Islas Mujeres you will have free time to walk through the streets of the island, admire the murals of marine life, take pictures with the monuments or buy souvenirs. In our beach club you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea, eat at our delicious buffet and open bar, forget about your worries on this full day tour, enjoying the Mexican Caribbean.

which is north beach where you can be calmly and snorkel in its crystal clear waters or relax on its beaches.
