Andrew Low House Built on a trust lot facing Lafayette Square, the house, enhanced by its original mid-nineteenth century garden, provides a glimpse of the genteel life of nineteenth-century Savannah in an urban setting. Juliette Magill Gordon Low, the founder of the Girl Scouts of the USA , was born in Savannah, Georgia, on October 31, 1860. She died January 17, 1927 in the Andrew Low House
