- We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.

- To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thry the option on your reservation, or must call us at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased.
- Let us know if you are not in need of transport.
- We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property.
- The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with our logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud.
- Priority Access: Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID to allow you to board the bus. On the bus you will obtain the bracelet for entering into the park skipping the ticket office line.
- If at the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.
- You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location.
- Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

Xplor Park by Xcaret
Xplor Explore the dimensions of the adventure park and its natural beauty: Fly through the air and speed down ziplines ranging from 26 to 148 feet (8 to 45 meters) in height, then land in the crystal-clear waters of the cenotes where you can climb suspension bridges.
Drive an all-terrain amphibious vehicle through jungle trails and fascinating caves where you’ll marvel at the extraordinary rock formations. Paddle a raft through underwater caves and discover fascinating grottos. Swim along the river between stalactites and stalagmites in this spectacular underground world. Trained staff are on hand to ensure your safety at all times, and all equipment (including lifejacket and helmet) are included.
Your admission includes an all-you-can-eat buffet (go as many times as you wish during the day), unlimited fruit-flavored drinks and hot chocolate when you get out of both rivers. Also with roundtrip transportation to your hotel

• Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
• It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.
• Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge. Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.
• For children under 5 activities are restricted. Infants (0-4 years old) must remain with an adult at the cafeteria, restaurant or rest areas.
• The minimum age to drive the amphibious vehicles is 18, and all drivers must have a valid driver's license
• Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
• Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent.
• The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
