• Madame Tussauds experience is approximately 1 hour.
• Alcatraz tickets are for the time and date selected and may not be changed. Alcatraz tours leave from Pier 33. You must arrive at Pier 33 at least 15 minutes prior to your boarding time.
• For security purposes, a government issued photo ID is required for all guests to board the Alcatraz ferry.
• All traveler names must be submitted at the time of booking.
• Alcatraz audio tour is available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Mandarin, Portuguese and Korean.
• You may leave Alcatraz Island at any time; ferries depart every 30 to 40 minutes.
• Madame Tussauds is open 11 am - 6 pm Sunday through Thursday, and 10 am - 8 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time.
