Discover the so charming city of Biarritz. It used to be a whaler village, until the empress Eugénie (Napolean III's wife) made the place very fashionable in the late XIX°.
Your guide will take you for a walking tour to enjoy the scenic view of the ocean, the typical historic architecture, Napoleon's Palace, the authentic fishermen port, the lighthouse.
