Very interesting place. You have to visit it for sure. Skip Palace if you do not have time, but visit this place.

Free entry alongside the Gyeongbokgung Palace. Lots of exhibits and things to look at, such as traditional houses and scrolls, and the list goes on! Free water fountains and just amazing to visit.

Extensive displays and well laid out. It's also located near many other attractions, do perfect to be part of a day trip in downtown Seoul.
