The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is of good quality and service is quick.

worst ice cream bar in Rome, specially since it's in the very center and isnt at need of customers, the place is uncomfortably small and choked, but the service is even worse if worse can be achieved, the barwoman was mopping up service counter with a suspiciouly murky cloth while wearing just as murky surgical gloves ( possibly the same, all day) and without changing them held the cups for ice cream (internal grasp!) and served the icecream which i had already paid for, like that, (attention prices are ridiculously high) i suggest avoiding these "popular" bars and heading to less frequented areas and enjoying the splendi italia Gelato as one should

Worst experience in Rom. We visit a lot of Bars and Restaurant but this one is not only extremely expensive. Also the food was the worst one offered to us during our stay in Rom. A typical tourist trap.
