Our group of 20 people were there 2 weeks ago. This is the worst resort accommodation I have experienced. What so call Nhà Trứng (egg shape) was so tiny, stuffy and smelly. Due to the elevated structure of the resort, the movement from accommodation to other facilities in the resort was entirely relied on the "tuktuk like carriers". It was extremely inconvenient. I had to wait for more than 30' just to be driven from my room to reception. When I requested to see the manager of customer service, there was merely no answer for that, nowhere and no one who was in charge that I could lodge my complaint. Customer service is the most effective way to advance your business just by listening to feedbacks from customers. Wake up management!

This is totally bullsh*t. We paid 500,000 dongs (25$) for each person (this is the most expensive package) and didn't get even second towel (need new one after mud bath), free water. I don't even speak about some snacks. No massage included, no sauna included in this package. We got: - tea bath 2 times - mud bath one time - and swimming pool full of people. Administration told us that's all what included. We don't recommend to visit this place. If you want to visit it, we recommend to buy the cheapest package.
