The Art Deco District is a U.S. historic district .The area was well known as the district where Italian fashion designer Gianni Versace resided, in a mansion on Ocean Drive. It contains 960 historic buildings.

Best walking tour I've ever been on. The guide was very informative and only mentioned "haunted" once.

Cute little shop with lot's of stuff related to Art Deco District.

Great tour - very informative. Provided a good overview of the different styles and included visits to the interior of some buildings. Our tour guide, Melissa was very knowledgable and even sent us a follow up email with more details on one of our questions.
