I come here quite often and am quite familiar with the quality of service provided. Today, I ordered food during the thursday night bowling league and was utterly disappointed. My food took forever to come and I figured it was probably a busy night. 35 minutes later my food arrived and it was as cold as it came out of the fridge. The top bun was cold to the touch and the bottom bun was over toasted. It was so hard I could barely swallow. Not only that, my wild fries did not look like the picture when I ordered it. It came cold, with no sour cream, and the cheese had hardened aleady. On a busy night like this, you'd expect your kitchen staff to be on their A game or at least trying not to make their customers go home sick. I did not mind so much that they took a while, but the fact that my food came cold, there is no excuse for that.
