Service at the bar and at dinner was exceptional, though the flavour of some of the meals seemed to be lacking.

Room was a good size and clean, ensuite was a little old but clean with nice water temp and pressure. Check in was easy however restaurant, pub and reception were closed after 7pm and did not open early the next day.

Great food and amazing staff!! I couldn't believe how cheap the beer and food was... I only paid $3.70 for a schooner and the pool tables were free!! Highly recommended

Thank you so much Waterloo Bay Hotel Wynnum for a really lovely day yesterday. I celebrated my birthday with 25 ladies all from our beautiful bayside area. The food was absolutely beautiful Everyone commented on how lovely it was and reasonably priced. Thank you too the Chefs. The girls serving us for the day were really delightful. Very Classy young ladies with beautiful smiles and wonderful manners. I have lived in the bayside for 32 years and have always loved the Waterloo Bay Hotel and my friends commented that they would certainly be back with their family and friends as well. Keep up the Good work. XXX We will be back and bring more friends and family. Carolyn Veal
