Yet another place in Paris with much potential, but unwittingly undermined by a few employees that lack the art of hospitality. Folks, the service experience must be consistently positive, because all it takes is one poor encounter for a repeat customer to decide to never enter your doors again. Might be helpful to (re)train a selection of your employees, who have developed bad habits and may be placing this business in jeopardy.
