The hotel is A+, the rooms are clean, big, quality-furnished, the beds comfortable, bathroom clean and well-equipped (also, bathrobe and special towels for spa included besides the towels for bathroom), the personnel nice and professional, service quick, breakfast tasty. Aquaworld and Oriental Spa very nice, but a bit cold (you absolutely needed the bathrobe or at least a towel, sensation unpleasant when getting out of water and walking around just in bathing suit) and overcrowded (more than 20 minutes waiting time for a "serious" slide) - I think access for persons who are not hotel guests should be restricted to a certain number. But all in all, the hotel is top class and I recommend it 100%!

First of all the staff was rude enough to even lie about the facilities. Even more, the bed was hard to sleep on and the thin walls made possible to hear everyone and everything. It was also freezing cold in the room and the fact that you would have to walk a lot from the room to the lobby and more was also a minus.

Overall, a very nice hotel. Very clean and tidy. Tasty and diverse food. Decent playroom for children. Nice gym. Nice spa center with warm water pools and nice saunas. Directly connected to Aquaworld with very clean and nice pools and interesting water slides. Bar prices could be a bit lower. There is a free shuttle from a hotel to the Heroes' Square, which is very convenient. The only real downside is wifi, which could have a better signal coverage and could have a better throughput, because it is rendered practically unusable in the evening hours (between 20:00 and 23:00). We stayed here two times and would definitely consider staying here again.
