Came here for dinner tonight and I will never be back. Our waitress was prompt, but that was the only highlight of our visit. We gave our orders and waited for our food for awhile. My daughters mac and cheese came out before the appetizers, and she didn't have her apples. About 20 minutes later my dinner and my friends appetizers came out. Another 20 minutes later their dinner came out. The food was absolutely disgusting. We are highly disappointed and will not be back.

Salad bar has been empty for over 20 minutes. I have told the bartender and waiter. Still no one comes to fill it. Mind you, the salad bar cost $10.99! Not cheap. I ordered unsweetened iced tea but got sweet tea. No inquiry if I'd like a refill of tea as I sit here with it empty. Tile floors are sticky. Booth seats are worn through the vinyl to the fabric. This is the Crossgates Mall location in NY. I've been to the Amsterdam NY location. Amsterdam is a very good restaurant. Doubt I'll come to this one again. As I am typing this, still no refill of tea or salad bar.
