Cold pizza and 20mins late - I live a 3min drive away from the shop. My driver apologised, but after reading other reviews in here, it looks like this is normal for the store. My napkins blew away in the wind onto the ground and my driver picked them up and tried to give them to me. Eek! The Epsom store is a much more oiled machine.

Rubbish service, always stuff up the orders, really disappointing that hells pizza service has dropped so low.

Interesting flavours available. Sadly pizza was a bit cold & we only drove 5 mins before eating.

Not sure if it's this branch or just Hell Pizza generally that is to blame, but the pizzas were not good. We ordered once or twice from here months ago and decided dominos was far better, but recently my girlfriend had a really good Hell's pizza in Te Atatu, so we tried again at Royal Oak, where we live. The pizzas were lacking in flavour and the vases seemed undercooked, with a mealy/ spongey texture, despite being the thin base. Customer service was unremarkable apart from the long wait but, with the price Hell charges, the food should be far better. Might try again when we move out west, but if it's the same experience then I'll definitely never order from Hell Pizza again; it's a waste of money.
