The experience was ok but we were up charged for several items without being told which ended up making our bill around $20 more than we planned on ruined our dinner experience. For burger and fries it became a very expensive meal and we won’t be back.

Food and seating took forever but it was really cool. It reminds me of a place back in my home town called Steak and Shake. Our waiter was inconsistent so.... The food is great though. Very busy but small tables so don't bring more than 5 people.

Kids picked it, location was handy right next to movie theater and we were in a hurry. The waitress was really nice but I just not a fan of the food. Others probably would like it so don't judge based on me.

We attended a convention across from this place and we decided to eat lunch there one day. We ordered single burgers each with fries and 1 water, 1 unsweetened tea. We enjoyed our meal until we were given a $52 tab. Now of course we all know that this doesn't cost this much so we questioned the waiter and he said that we "custom built our own burgers" which cost money for every single item on and plus the burger. After trying to talk sense into this guy, he finally relinquished and we had to pay still...$39.00 I guess I'm not high class enough to afford burgers in this place. Sorry I stepped in the door. BEWARE!!

I feel like this smaller version of Johnny Rockets had WAY fewer of a selection to choose from. I know it would be less to choose from, but it seemed like it was a bunch of similar items! The service behind the counter was great and the guy was friendly. The burger was just okay, nothing I'd say, "HEY! I need more of THAT!"

Would be one star but the food was pretty good. I heard the service in Orlando was bad but this made me a believer. My sons kids meal came with a free drink but since we ordered a kids sized milk before we ordered food the waitress said we had to pay for it. I had to argue over a free kids milk? Who does that? Also they don't validate parking. Or maybe just not mine. Bad service!

I was trying to eat at this restaurant at 9:35 pm and the waitress said that they would be closing soon and the waitress was also rude and walked away when I asked her for the manager. They refused to sit us down to eat. Finally the manager came while explaining to the manager about waitress actitude, other people came into the restaurant.

It's sad to walk into an establishment and not be greeted or smiled at, twice. Kudos to the young lady who smiled and asked me if I had been helped, and asked me how I was doing and took my order with gladness. I love the burgers but please understand that it tells me a lot about a company when I am not even so much as greeted, twice.

Carol, I hope you're reading this! I had Carol as my server on 6-3-17. I had just come from a very expensive restaurant and I was upset with their service. I saw Johnny Rockets and decided to give it a shot. I hadn't been since I was a child, so I didn't really remember what it was like. The inside takes you back to the 50s (I'm in my 20s), and it really is like a diner! Everybody was dressed and looked like they were fr that era, it was magical! Carol greeted us and was super nice and even engaged with us in our conversation. She did little things that we haven't seen before like smiley face ketchup-it was adorable! Here we were in this little restaurant that sat 89 people and it was 1/4 the price of the place I had just come from, but the food was fantastic, and Carol had such an awesome attitude it was definitely worth going! They have vegetarian options (super yummy), and really good fries as well! The only issue is the parking, but it isn't their fault.they also aren't a 'big enough' restaurant to comp parking, but it was only $4-no biggie! I want to thank Carol for saving my Saturday date night (first in a long time)! We live locally, we will be back!
