This was one of the worst Olive Gardens I've been to. The hostess was rude and would not seat my wife and kids while I was parking the car since the entire party wasn't present. Then the sever forgot to put in our appetizer and it didnt come out for about 35 minutes from when we sat down. The server had also taken my drink to refill and never brought it back. I had to ask for another drink after about 20 minutes. Our food arrived about 45-50 minutes after ordering. My kids got the wrong sides with their meals and I had to ask the person who brought it that we ordered something else. They brought us the correct side promptly. Our server came over later and said he didn't know what happened. It was mediocre food and didn't have much flavor. It took forever to get the check and even longer to wait for him to run the credit card. Throughout the whole meal he barely came to check on things and just wasn't really attentive. I don't have extremely high standards but this was definitely below average for this chain.

i was denied getting an alcoholic beverage because my ID was cracked. I've never had an issue with my ID before at any restaurant. they said i could show another form of ID so i had my ORIGINAL social security card and MULTIPLE forms of ID and they still denied me of service. i feel as though i was racially profiled because i am Middle Eastern. they can clearly see my name is different and used this against me. I still ate here because I was starving and by the time i was in the restaurant it was pouring rain. worst experience i've had thus far from an olive garden.

It's Olive Garden. It's never a disappointment. But service quality and interior look in this particular restaurant need to be worked on.

I love coming here. The food is always excellent and the service is great. My last visit could have been better if our server had remembered our appetizers, but it was still good.

The staff here is amazing! As I sat eating, I saw the staff as a team, helping an elderly special needs patron. Not once did the staff, Maria and Audriel on this particular night, give the customer anything less than the best service possible. They went over and beyond to ensure that all customers received exemplary service. The manager, Alex, also had an awesome attitude when I asked to see him to praise his staff. Great work all around, it is refreshing to see some people just being good to one another with no other motive .

Service was great, and the food was good. Would have given 5 stars if their rotating menu had something appealing to me. That's the main reason I come to Olive garden, I never get the same thing

Love the salads and soup!!! I thought there would have been an antipasto salad in the menu (disappointed) but it's all good. Love the food.

Four stars for service only. Our waiter was great even though he was swamped. Food - not that great. But too each their own. Wasn't for us.

Typical Olive Garden Consistently is what you expect and what you get. What was exceptional about this visit is our waitress. I'm sorry I do not remember her name but she was covering the bar area in the afternoon. She never wrote down what we wanted we had some odd or different request and she nailed it and got us exactly what we asked for!

We were told we couldn't prebook and when we turned up we had an hours wait for a table. It was for a special birthday and the table was for a large party. We waited over an hour after ordering our food and when it came some wasn't right! (Including the birthday persons!!) The food was tasty, but I wouldn't rate the service which is a shame!

Every request took 15+ minutes. Greeting? 15 minutes. Drinks delivery? 15 minutes. Soup appetizer? 15 minutes. Manager not responsive. Food quality was typical Olive Garden - good but not worth the wait or the price. Speaking of price, the tabletop payment machine still had another party's order on it. Waitress was puzzled as to why I didn't trust it with my payment.

Great meal and amazing service (Italian chick with a great rack). I'd rate this a 5 if it wasn't for the dank/musty smell. It was a bit of a turn off.

Great food and great service. Patrick was our waiter and he went well above and beyond what is the norm. We Waite for nothing. Drinks always full without asking and for me that's amazing because I ask for 3 - 4 refills per meal and always wait. It is just expected. This guy had his A game on tonight.

I had a great time there. The food is amazing. While you wait for your order to arrive they serve you salada and some bread sticks. The service was also great. Can't wait to go back there again.

Isaiah was our server. He was absolutely fantastic with helping us through our order, getting our food out fresh and fast (leaving for a flight) and giving exceptional customer service. We really appreciated his customer service and dedication to helping us. Keep up the great work!

The lunch special is such a great deal! The food was filling and the waitstaff was very friendly! We liked it so much we went back for lunch the next day! This location is very clean, organized, and modern. Best Olive Garden I have been to! Try the early bird dinner sspecial, too!

This Olive Garden was quick and had a friendly staff. Food was good, as most Olive Gardens are. I have 2 small children and the staff provide are table with 2 kiosks with the games on them. The fact that you can pay on the kiosk is also a bonus. It allows you to leave when you want. Restrooms were clean and full stocked.

I was there for a work meeting with 14 people. Our waiter was outstanding and attentive. Our drinks were always filled and the food hot with little wait. He was also funny, which is a nice bonus. The only complaint I have is regarding changes in the unlimited soup. Previously you could take a bowl and breadsticks to go, now they charge you for the soup. The food and service was excellent so I gave 5 stars.

My experience at Olive Garden was wonderful. I wish all restaurant experiences was as good as the experience I had at this restaurant. The people was very polite and the server (Tay) appeared to be very knowledgeable about her job. The host/hostesses was very polite and the place was very clean. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

It is far from being just good anymore. The food was bland, cold and served too fast with no time to even eat the appetizers. Figured at least be hot right? This used to be one of my favorite places to go to but it has decreased in quality tremendously. I only go back for the minestrone but even that taste now out of a can.

I've been to other Olive Garden's in the US, and it was always good experiences. However, I came across this one and it was a very unpleasant experience. We had a family gathering a table of 12. When the appetizers came and we finish the table was a mess of empty plates, more food kept arriving and more empty plates stacking up each other. The waiter gave a couple rounds and it never removed one single plate. Once our main dishes where about to be served, he looked directly at the mess of dirty plates in the table and did nothing, until I stopped him and said "can we get the table clean please!? We are running out of space". As for the food, the gnocchi was so smushy like mashed potatoes, my pasta was semi warm, and the pasta sauce was so so thick that I couldn't eat it. It was just not the olive garden good service and good food I had previously on their franchise. It was a complete mess for service, the worst service ever and food!

We had Joseph as a server and he was amazing. He was the most polite, professional, and attentive server we’ve had in a long time. The experience was beyond anything we’ve had in the area just because of him. His demeanor was that of a server in a high class restaurant from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable about the menu and we never had an empty glass. At the end he even gave us chocolate and packed the food for us even after we offered to do it ourselves. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend joesph he belongs in a high earning restaurant job.
