I've visited Siamese Thai Cuisine on several occasions. The food is good, presentation is well done and they've been fairly consistent in terms of quality of food and service. I'm a big fan of their Papaya salad, solid. Worth the try. The only issue/concern I have with it is the vibe. The music playing and arrangement makes it feel more of a lounge.

Service was good but whoaaa!! More like a franchise style Thai place. Portions are well below standard . Tom yum soup was five spoons the most. No depth in flavors. Pretty much watered down. The chicken in the soup was dry and no seasoning. Make an effort at least. There coconut rice was lumpy and dry. Mango salad had no love put into it . It was over riped and soggy. When I mentioned it to the manager slash waiter his reply was "oh well this is how we do it" hopefully they stick to the traditional Thai method and continue business ,as for me it's totally not a Thai experience. Response to the owner . I appreciate the reply but please do not insult my integrity and honesty about my review of your establishment. Accept the review negative or positive and use it towards your advantage.

Excellent food and service. Get the vegetable basil stir fry dish. Fresh rolls are really good. Ginger tea is refreshing.

Just came back from here. Was really good. Had Green Curry punch special. Really good Thai. Tasted friend's Pad Thai... also really good. And even scooped a wing from another friend... like honey garlic but better. Now I know where to satisfy my Thai cravings in Woodbridge!

The food here is great, if you have time to wait over an hour for your meal. We ordered calamari, and three lunch specials. Got seated at 1217pm and by 1:19pm we asked to cancel the dessert cause the food never came. In the span of almost an HOUR the only food that came out was the calamari and 3 soups. No main courses, no desserts. The waitress said it was busy, the restaurant wasn't even at 50% capacity, pretty pathetic. There was another person there probably the owner that literally sat there while the waitress was running around so I don't blame her. Maybe the manager should invest in more help? The food is worth it, but honestly don't waste your lunch hour here
