Food was not well cooked. Some veggies and rice were cold. It still survive at Glen, I think because of their food is very expensive. Strongly not recommend.

The restaurant with worst service ever. The waiters, cashiers, managers are all very rude, a waitress even tried to pick a fight with me when asked for my order that didn't come after more than 30 mins, and it wasn't that crowded at the time. Food is very mediocre. Not sure what they were so proud of, dare to treat customers like adversaries.

We always went there eith friends & family. The food was really good. However last time we ordered the food, it was very different. I think they have changed the chief, food are not nice anymore. We loved duck webb & jelly fish with wasabi but I was so disappointed in last order. Will not come back until they get the same taste.

Staff was rude, inpatient, couldn't care less, unlike the previous staff 1 year ago. Food was average, dim sums were dry, noodles were nice. Overall experience was poor, not worth the price we paid.

Came here 9 months ago and had a horrible experience, you can still view my old review further down, but I thought i would write another as my experience this time was a complete 180. The staff this time were extremely polite, nice, funny and helpful. The waiting staff were very professional and my food came out in 5 minutes and tasted great. If you've come here in the past, I would recommend giving them another go as my experience was completely different this time. I'll definitely be returning if things continue like this.
