I like the new order kiosk...as long as you customize your order...you're assured of getting fresher food...and less likely they'll screw up your takeout order..this is my third visit to this location...they still have not removed the garbage can in the men's toilet stall--it is tagged with gang signs--perhaps who ever is responsible for checking the toilets is a down low gang member...other problem..the traffic circulation is awful if you're trying to backup out of your parking stall you can't because you're blocked by cars lined up for drive thru; also the bank drive thru ATMs funnel cars into the McDonald's driveway which is marked one-way...I had to stand on my car horn to keep a bank customer from going head on with me ....she was in the wrong defying the one way sign... I would not yield stayed on the horn and made her backup and she did not like it.

I actually got my food and grape in less than 4 min I am shocked but it was clean inside and bathrooms were nice too I will come back for sure

Anna is the most unfriendly manager I have ever come across in a restaurant. She had a frown on her face the entire time she was in view and the moment she approached me about my small service animal. She came at me with attitude. She needs to learn to be more tactful when dealing with customers she might not ageee with. If she would have approached me with a smile and friendly attitude and told me I had to go after paying for my meal and waiting for it. Maybe my response would have been different. Anna needs some major personal development training and someone should tell her that frown on her face is a big red flag telling me she hates her job and just took her hate out on me. I came home to look up McDonald's pet policies as I have never had an issue at any other McDonalds as I have visited 3 since I have rescued this dog from a homeless man burning her alive in the Vegas sun. I tried to explain I just got the small 5lbs puppy who sits in my lap and I am currently waiting on the paperwork from the therapist at the LVPD as we are in the process of training her as an emotional support service dog. The paperwork takes time. I also tried to explain I been to many McDonalds and have had no issues and also other restaurants. But she wouldn't even try to listen. I also tried to tell her if she googled McDonald's pet policies that there are many places online that talk about McDonald's being pet friendly. She was just all around rude and nasty and her attitude took me by such surprise that I admit I returned a little attitude back. I will be banning McDonald's and I was a regular customer who visits for breakfast, lunch and dinner a few times a week. The new dog I rescued has had her story going viral online and I will be sure I use the social media pages I created to share her story. To tell the world about my experience and get other dog lovers to ban your restaurant now. Probably best for all of us as your food is low quality and always cold anyways. It was just always fast and cheap. But now not even that will bring me back ever again. I will starve before I ever eat at McDonalds ever again. Tell Anna her approach is everything in a situation like mine. If she would have approached me with kindness and a smile and tried to at least hear me out. She would have got a different result. She needs to read the book How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. Every manager should be required to read that book before they are allowed to deal with the public and Anna needs it badly. Demote her to the fry machine so what customers will return do not have to be greeted with her frown.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Been here twice in the last 10 days during a non busy time and both times I was told to park in the lot and my food would be brought to me. After 15 minutes and no food I came inside and there were 3 people eating and no line with employees talking to each other!!! Will be calling corporate tomorrow and reporting the store and their GM Lym Chong!!! A bad reflection of an American institution!!!!

Good McDonald's. Clean, play place is fun, decent location, except last summer when it was obvious 2 guys were dealing drugs from there but I haven't seen them in months, so back to good lol

I visited the restaurant today at about 12:10pm and ordered an ice cream cone and strawberry cream cheese pie. I went back to work and decided to eat my pie for afternoon break at 4:30pm. I noticed that the pie has a sticker that reads: “Enjoy by 10:30AM 6/25/18. It was almost 2 hours past that time whe I bought it! I Am Appalled!!

It's okay, not excellent but not bad either. Food was served on the screen before they even had anything ready so we had to wait extra time because we had to repeat our order as the people up front forgot that we HAD an order. Stop serving before your orders are made!! This goes for ALL McDonald's... it's basically cheating.

They served me a raw hot and spicy. I hope I don’t get sick. I was a few bites in when I noticed the texture was off. They immediately threw it away and offered me a replacement.

Standard establishment like all others found in the United States, but with an upgrade. Self-ordering kiosks are in the restaurant to make ordering easy and quick. These only take cards for payment, but you can still use these kiosks and pay to a staff member behind the counter, if you want to.

Beautiful store. Cashier needs a course in "eye contact" with customers which made us feel unwelcome. She had time to shoot the bull with her fellow employees after our order.

Very slow service. I worked for McDonald before and we were trained to acknowledge the ptron by letting them know you're there and be with them shortly.

Prepared for bad but nothing but good things to say about this McDonald’s. It’s clean, fairly fast and the employees are friendly. One girl was there both days we ate breakfast, she greeted us as we walked in, offered to help at the kiosk (we’re experts by now) and brought our food over. She never stopped helping customers while we were in there.

Coffee is always amazing.. but the food is off and on... considering they just remodeled the whole place and it looks really nice they should really take more pride in their food never give out something that looks like this... and the manager was there... so the employees obviously don't care about the quality of food they're giving away! If we stop letting this happen as customer then maybe it will stop!! Make them aware! And train your drive thru employees on customer service good attitude because they young girls in a bad mood 80% of the time

Ordered a hot n spicy no mayonnaise and it was even marked no mayo but had a ridiculous amount of mayo on it. Guess people don't know how to read, not only that I ordered a bacon chz burger and got jus a chz burger wapped in a bacon chz burger paper. WTH?

The new Mobile Order & Pay function is just embarrasing. We went to 2 different McDonald's and paid online with the Mobile Order & Pay app. Both said they couldn't get the order even though there was nothing physically wrong with it.

Fast drive thru, but lots of vagrants always standing at the order sign begging for money and they are very aggressive. Employees don't show much care about the homeless situation.

The frys were fresh but the oil was not. There was an aftertaste that was gross. I used to work at a mcdonalds and from experience i can say they dont filter out/ change their oil nearly enough.

go during the middle of the night and you're gonna get an overweight guy that charges more for the food and takes his sweet time. He's so slow and rude . This guy is a joke and so is the place that night
