2 Stars because I love Chili's & the staff was professional- the food at this location is not up to the Chili's standard that I know. my Steak was bland and dry, very tough. The chocolate molten was the best part & drinks were decent.

Very disappointing. Service was horrible, food on the floor under our table. Wait was long and food come out cold.

Disappointed when I ordered enchiladas, and the rice wasn't fully cooked...I asked for cooked rice, and was given more uncooked rice. Asked if they could bring me rice from different batch cooked, and was told they make all the rice early in the morning. They apparently have been serving uncooked rice all day? Ridiculous! Edit Decided to give them another chance. Came in during happy hour to get drinks and happy our appetizers. Waited for a table, just to be told this side of the restaurant does not get the happy hour prices. Who ever heard of only one side of a restaurant getting happy hour prices? I've been here before, and I've had the happy hour on both sides of the restaurant!
