The service was excellent and we had a very attentive waitress. We enjoyed soup and salad unlimited for only $7 a person. My son enjoyed pizza and fries. The kids menu is very inexpensive and the food is good. The calamari and fried lasagna appetizer we had was amazing.

The food was excellent. The soup that never ends was great. The bread sticks were nice and warm. We have not been here for many years. It was a great experience. We will be back soon!

If you haven't been to this location in a while go visit, it's been nicely decorated, menu has been changed to offer a variety of dishes. Food has always been consistent. However.... the bathrooms are almost always dirty, out of paper, clogged and have horrible smells. I'm not sure they even have a deodorizer working in there. Almost always this location is packed, call ahead to reserve a spot or go online. Easy trick if its just 2 of you sit at the bar and bypass the wait. Best times to go is on sundays when it opens or on a weekday after lunch time.

WOW!!! Best dine in experience ever!! The 25 min wait wasn't bad at all especially because of the exceptionally good job our server Edgardo did!! He was super nice very attentive and professional we will definitely ask for him next time!!

Tried a new dish and enjoyed it for the most part. We sat at the bar, Tony was our bartender/waiter, he provided excellent service and was very attentive. My guest ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and a margarita. This location was surprisingly crowded for a Wednesday evening but glad we dined in.

Today I had an awful experience today , I went there with my mother-in-law, wife, and our son. The waiter Andy dropped an ice cold refreshment on my son who is only a 1 year old. My son was in shock and let out a cry because he did not know what happened to him. I understand that accidents happen and yes I am upset about it happening, but that's not the reason why I rating them poorly. The reason I'm rating poorly is because when we called the restaurant I believe the assistant manager Sergio answered and gave a ridiculous excuse. He said that since we left it was other of his hands. Okay who in the right mind would want to stay after something like that had happened to them. I was not going to let my child freeze just to wait for him to a take his sweet time to come an apologize. It's not like I left right away either I was there after the incident happened at least for 10 minutes. Which is more than enough time for word to spread around and the store manager or someone to come and make things right. Even after his ridiculous excuse he refused to make things right we will not be returning, and I will be writing to corporate.

There is at lease 10 opened tables that we can see not including the tables in the backroom. We have to wait 45 minutes to be seated. I like the food here but not worth the wait when tables are available.

Great place for lunch! I got the 6oz steak with fettuccine alfredo. It was cooked very well and not at all dry. However, it was a tad bit too much fat on mine. Nevertheless, our service was great!!! Super great for meetings; they have a dining room set aside for large parties.

I visited Olive Garden, my go to resteraunt at this location and unfortunately my experience was unprecedented and unexpected due to the fact that myself and my family frequently dine at this location. I'm saddened to say that the management crucially needs improvement. I say this because when I lost my expensive and valuable phone at this resteraunt, although I notified the management of the situation, they seemed uninterested and didn't bother to even search for the phone and only said they'd call once they've found the phone. This incident is very upsetting and I am outraged by the response of the management and their failure to regard my situation. On top of my upsetting loss of my very precious cell phone, I was even more outraged by Olive Garden's poor management.

We were seated in a booth next to a couple of ladies one of whom whinned about people in her life the whole meal. It was like being in a confined space with THE JEFFERSONS. I should have asked to be reseated at a table far away.

The olive garden in Burbank was horrible. Poorly greeted. They sat 2 at a table for 10 which was kind of awkward. The table was not set, glass where not removed after the wine samples. We had to wait about 15min for our drinks. Our appetizer was over cooked and chewy. Never ending salad ended after a second bowl. Food was marginal at best. Chicken was swimming in lemon juice making it almost 2 sour to eat. Our waiter never said your welcome after we thanked them for each item delivered. There was no 'thank you, have a good night' from 5 staff at the front door.

Love the salad and breadsticks, I sear I fill up on them before my main dish arrives and just take the leftover to work the following day.

Food is overpriced and the service is horrible. The waiter put down our entree before taking away our salad plates so we had no space and didn't even ask who ordered what. The tablet on the table is a complete scam. My wife was looking through it and played one game for 30 seconds we ended up having to pay $2 just for that. There's a call sever button on the tablet but after waiting over 5 minutes still no sever. The food was sub par. Chicken parm. Very thin slice of chicken. And very simple plate of plain spaghetti. Will not be returning.
