Great place for breakfast. Restaurant offers a variety of breakfast food at a very affordable price. Every time we go, there is limited to no seating available due to the service and food. Limited outside seating is also available.

I love the Koa Pancake House. Prices are good, servings are generous, and you can get pancakes as a free side order on most items, with the option to upgrade to blueberry pancakes or banana pancakes for a nominal fee. Coffee is lousy. My wife always complains about plastic utensils and Styrofoam plates.

This place is amazing. There will be a line and it can be difficult getting a table especially if you have a big group, but is definitely worth it. A must go for a great breakfast.

Just simply delicious! I’ve eaten there three days straight while vacationing. The pancakes have the best flavor and the bacon is wonderful...and lots of it! Eggs Benedict ate very delicious! I’ll definitely miss this place when we leave!

I'm a frequent customer here since I live around Hawaii Kai area. Their food are freshly made and prices are just right. I would recommend them better than eating at any other fast food place around the area.
