I usually go Thursdays 10-12 for toddler and Ciera is so sweet with my son she's bery bubbly and outgoing. She definitely makes you feel comfortable amd does not bark orders.

Had my son 7TH Birthday here last night. And it was great. Jamie or James the guy I booked the party with was excellent. And Shaun my host was a big help. The entire process from start to finish went very well. And my son and his friends really enjoyed themselves.
