I've come to this store for almost a year and have yet to have a bad experience. I can't say what has happened for the other reviews that seem a bit like half truths but from my interactions with the workers here and the product has been nothing but amazing and enjoyable, i will continue to come here with my children and share how much I love it and the people.

I ordered the classic pretzel combo with a drink but instead was given the nugget combo. I clearly said I wanted the Classic combo. I was shocked at the $7.00 price tag for the combo but didn't realize the girl at the register made a mistake. However, the pretzel nuggets did not taste fresh. What will it take to get fresh food around here without spending $20.00 easy. I wont be coming back. Fashion Square Mall in Winter Park has the best ones. Always fresh Pretzels.
