One of the best coffee I ever tried. Friendly stuff (it was sometimes rude before, but not in the last few months - I think they improved in this area). Casual informal atmosphere. My original rating was 2 before, but I updated it to 4 as I think this place became better and nicer.

Waked in this morning and ordered a latte w/o foam and the owner was not able to make the beverage. He argued that there was no foam. I have NEVER encountered such a rude, disrespectful, disgusting human like this owner. When I asked to have the foam removed (several times) he stated that there was no foam and for me to speak to him "like a human" is this person for really?!?!? I work with people (all sorts of personality/from all over the world) and I would never speak to anyone the way he did. He felt the need to be RIGHT instead of just accommodating a simple request. And when I asked for a refund (which he practically threw the money at me) he had the audacity to tell me not to ever return. I wouldn't even spit on his business it if it was on fire, let alone return. And rest assure I will let the 1500+ people that I work with and personally know about this individual. The owner needs a class in "customer service" and look up the word "humble" and learn that its not about the customer is "always right" its about knowing how to respectfully speak to your customer. Remember, doors will close without customers. Am I speaking human now?
