I don't know how many times I don't get my complete order from these fools and I'm sure it happens to loads of other people too. Nothing worse than getting home with your tea for your family to find theres a meal missing...Is it so hard to complete an order correctly??? and this is with a manager serving you!!! Then when you ring to tell them they try and make out like its your fault and it didn't go through the till...Hmm how does that happen when you read it back to me from the till??? Then to top it all off ..don't worry about the fact they have cars now that deliver but cant fix your order up and bring it to you, you have to go back down to get what they forgot!!! cant waste their petrol but can waste mine.....NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

My order was not what it was supposed to be. My son deliberately ask for no sesame seeds or any seeds at all as I am allergic to them. They made a special burger without seeds so they said and when I started eating it, it has sesame seeds on the chicken. I am not happy as threw my burger away and if I get sick and end up in hospital from it I will be really pissed off. Also I tried six times to ring the shop and the phone rang out every time, so not happy about that either. Very disappointing to say the least. If they would at least answer their phone, I would have been able to speak to them rather than post here. I will try to ring again later one.
