You have to ask for them to heat it, best authentic asian food i've had other then my moms. Try the pork ban bao, remember to ask them to heat it up, its a steamed sweat pork bun.
I would frequent this restaurant when I came for the Cannes Film Festival each year. It used to be a wonderful buffet with a wide variety of choices. The food was excellent. The only problem was that they were so busy they would often run out of their more popular dishes. Also the prices for both lunch and dinner were very reasonable. They are now a cafeteria style restaurant with the food just siting out there behind the counter, on display, getting cold. When I was there, this evening, the place was dead. Only a couple of ladies siting at one of the many tables in the restaurant, all of the rest were empty.
