Despite the very expensive prices for tickets the screening halls are rarely clean, if ever. There are often trash bags just left to sit around. Also during busy hours there is a big line for tickets, because out of 10 ticket terminals there are just two or three open for service. On one occasion they "forgot" to play the movie, because despite the theater being half full, the person in charge of the screening had simply left . Of course they refunded us later, but just the price for the ticket, which wasn't enough given that we wasted time waiting and bought drinks and food from there. The popcorn are often stale and cold. If you are going to offer such poor service at least don't charge 14.50 for tickets. be sure to avoid.

They present a few movies in English. Don't expect that the shows begin on time though, usually they start around 20 or 25 mins late. Comfortable seats and the viewing range and sound is acceptable.

Booked over website while order process did not succeed but credit card got debited twice for a single order process. In order to settle this issue I had no chance to reach those folks. Tried all available channels for over a week now. No response via contact form and no one reachable via telephone either. Pretty upset with a poor service! This cinema is just another reason to further support independent cinemas in the future.

Went to see star wars rogue one in 3d with my girlfriend. This was my second time watching this movie, the first time i watched it at a different cinema. My main issue with this cinema was the extremely poor 3d technology that they have. Image was very blurry and dark, and i am able to clearly compare how much worse this 3d was because the first time i saw it in 3d at a different cinema, the quality was perfect. Then second issue was the almost 50 MINUTES of commercials. My advice avoid 3d at this cinema and come 40 minutes late for the screening.

Bizarrely long advertisements and trailers, long ticket queues, glasses hidden away at concessions behind another long line, extra fees for 3d glasses, booking on their website, etc. If, as I suspect, this level of disinterest in customer experience is normal for Germany, don't even bother taking in a film when travelling through here. (And be sure to look for "OV" markings - Foreign films are dubbed by default.) Far more of a hassle here than in any of the other 9 countries whose cinemas I've visited.
