It's a fine airport, but it seems to be getting less fights each year. Alicante flight was pulled despite always being filled up. I don't see this airport being open in the next 10 years. It's an okay airport otherwise though.
i use this airport a lot, but on this occasion i hired a car from europcar to be told that if i am travelling out of northern ireland it would cost me £6 a day on top of what i was quoted previously, i did not check before i travelled as it never happened before, i am a regular with the hertz hire company and will ensure that i book with them in future , the guys are also very helpfull. i have checked there small print since and there is no extra charge.BUT EUROCAR STATE ON THERE WEBSITE NO HIDDEN CHARGES.BEWARE. shame really because this is a lovely small friendly airport.
