So much to see. Awesome exhibits. Took us 5 hours and still didn't spend a lot of time in some areas. This is an all day activity. Get there early. Enjoyed it

Amazing place to have a casual visit. For serious visitors it is even better and make sure you have atleast a full day to spend in the galleries. They curate some of the best and rare works of the Art world and it is must visit for anyone in Chicago.

Worst experience ever! I would have given 0 stars if it was an option. The staff is so unfriendly and unprofessional, and they have absolutely no idea on what they are doing. The lady who gave us the Vocal explanator of the exposition didn't explain how the machine works, she also didn't say that only few rooms in the museum have a translation (My parents are French speakers and they needed a translation). We had to ask 3 member staff to get the machine working and to get a map of the room available with a translation. The worst is that the map that they gave us was wrong and all the rooms on the map were not translated. When we asked for the manager in charge, he was rude and he refused to redeem our tickets. Then he was talking to people in front of us saying that we were told everything but he is sure that we do not understand! So unprofessional!!!!

When we first visited the Art Institute of Ohio -Cincinnati we were promised assistance with internships and job opportunities for our child. Since the school announced that they were closing they have not held to those promises. Our child is 1-2 quarters from graduating with ZERO assistance to internships and has been left to fend for herself. THOUSANDS of dollars have been paid towards her education and the Art Institute is not assisting at all. I would hope that the main office would step in and assure that each student is provided with adequate assistance to help them reach their goals and earn their bachelor's agrees they have worked hard for.
