They treated a friend of mine like a homeless just because she complaint about the quality of the wine. I think you should be able to complaint if your wine is sour. The waitress came back to her take and throw her money on the table.

Went to celebrate a birthday, food was good. Server was very attentive, and kind. In the game room, not so cool. Two machines went down on us & had to wait for "Tech" (ended up with two Techs, due to the problem.). Too many children literally running around, their parents NOT paying attention & got ran over several times. NEVER had I ever had such a disruptive time here.

This is the second time I had been here, and it was just as fun as the first time! The food here is pretty good, it's not overly priced, about $12-$20 for an entree, the selection of alcohol is immense, there's workers walking around that offer jello shots! This place is huge! You can buy drinks anywhere within the building, it's basically like a Chuck-E-Cheese but much bigger, with alcohol, and for adults! What's not to like!
