On arrival we noticed the hotel was pretty much shut down. Only service desk and bar open. Restaurant shut down to maintance. Hotel should not charge full price for half operating business. They could of contacted us prior so we could choose to stay elsewhere and get what we paid for.just felt riped of. Front desk staff where friendly and helpful but I never stay in a Novotel again.
