My two daughters love the museum. Membership is worth the cost with us living so close. They really need help in answering simple questions and communication. I have called and left two messages and never got a call back. When speaking to someone on the phone they still couldn't answer the question and said I would need to speak with someone at the door when I came in. This defeats the purpose because I was wanting to know the answer before arriving. I finally found out they use an answering service during normal hours. They have no way of transferring you to the front desk or speaking to a manager. Your only option is to leave a message. I then went online to their staff page, sent an email, and called a direct number. I received a call back and a response to my email within the hour. It would have been nice to know I was dealing with an answering service several days ago, but very grateful for a prompt response when directly contacting staff.
