Emerald Isle for sure is my favorite casino. I love their staff. Everyone is always in a great mood, smiling and supportive. Hugs are free there...They always remember your name. They frequently give away ice cream, hot dogs, cookies and more. Love this place. Miss it since I am in another state. YS

The bartender didn't know what kind of beer they had. When I asked she answered with, "A lot." Then in the restaurant nothing was good. I even looked up reviews on this place before we went and ended up horribly disappointed. I ordered nachos for my 5 yr old daughter and myself. On the menu it says "ground beef, shredded cheese, olives, tomatoes, guacamole and jalapeños" when I got it, it had all that stuff and cheese sauce and onions. They didn't taste very good especially because I was very picking through every bite my daughter and I took. My other daughter got an almost burnt "grilled" cheese with bland fries that she didn't enjoy. The mozzarella sticks had half the cheese on the outside of them and they weren't very good either. Then to make it all even more unappealing, my boyfriend got the 16oz Tbone, which was no where near 16oz (yes I know the bone is part of the weight) and was definitely not mid-rare, it was well done. The "mixed vegetables" were green beans and a carrot and 2 broccoli florets. All in all, if you're going to describe food in your menu one way, that's how it should be served. And for the quality it was absolutely over priced. Terrible experience and we will never return.
