This dunkin donuts has a high turnover of employees, different new people almost every day I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt hoping they would get better but it has only gotten worse, raw bacon on my sandwich is the Last straw and the response is sorry she's new ,so if your in a rush and want your order done right skip this dunkin and go to luvs or the TA

I absolutely love coming here! My favorite coffee I get on a regular is usually a large dark roast with mocha swirl. Sometimes with a shot of expresso :)

Got my hot chocolate and it was dripping all down the sides, I asked the employee for a new cup and since my request annoyed her, she proceeded to assist every customer inside the store before coming back to the drive-thru to assist me. She opened the window and said "youre really rude". I explained that I am not being rude and that I wanted my money back because I had places to be and she told me to "*$@# off" If people can simply use common sense in the workplace, there wont be as many angry customers.

This is an OK Dunkin. One of the better in the city. That's not saying much, with how bad the Southside one is.

Messed up my order horribly I asked for 2 onion bagels with extra cream cheese an a large hot chocolate got to my moms to drop my daughter off b4 work an give her her bagel only to open the bag an find 2 plain dounuts an my hot chocolate tasted like water

Four messed up orders in a row, I'll not go there again. Kids they have working can not count change . Ordered two breakfast sandwiches got order started drive fist sandwich correct second a bagel now I'm 20miles away can not go back. Next time in ordered coffee & dozen donuts ,young man who was doing pick was talking about party with girls at cash reg.. doz.donuts easy 3different types 4each. When he when to hand me the box I refused told him look inside. He got an attitude but opened box, "there is your doz."he said. I pointed out i did not order five different types. Ok , i figure screw the food hang with coffee , wrong getting wrong sizes . So, will not waste time with this place.

I have my friend get me coffee from here all the time and this morning we were not pleased. I'll start by saying that my sandwich and one out of my three coffees was made incorrectly, which isn't a big deal right ? Just ask them to remake it, WELLLLLL I would have except the two workers were fighting about how one person never helped and doesn't do anything. All while I wasn't being helped at all. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. So I took my wrong coffee and wrong sandwich and left. Do you see my problem?

I usually come in the evening with my husband for a cup of coffee. I like that I can watch CNN while enjoying my coffee. Staff is very friendly and always ready to please the customer.

Have an excellent experience every time Quan is working. I accidentally ordered hot coffee instead of iced coffee and he helped me sort everything out without any additional fees. He also helped me make donut selections today. He has a great attitude. Thanks Quan!

Service was fast this morning (way faster than usual) but it came at a cost. My doughnuts were not wrapped up like they're supposed to be. They were just thrown into a bag, icing side down. The icing got all over the inside of the bag, which made me sad because I wanted to eat it! I paid for that icing, dammit, I deserve to eat it all!

This store consistently shows no care to their products. Half the time the coffee is old and the other half it's watery. Dunkin products are delicious but this location is awful. When I asked for them to remake an iced coffee that looked like cream with a splash of coffee I was told that's just how it is and they can make me another but it will be the same. MAKE FRESH COFFEE CORRECTLY AND USE THE RIGHT PROPORTIONS!

So I love Dunkin, but this is one of the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. In fact the only thing they do consistently is have slow service. Don't bother with on the go ordering here. You will sit and wait while they wait on customers in line.

Always great service! Today the guy said jokingly "we can't be friends anymore since I have to cook those sandwiches for you!" Took me off guard and made me laugh. When got to window the girl at window was smiling and laughing. Great attitudes and made my day! I never have any issues at this Dunkin Donuts. Great food and service!,Keep up great service!!!

Best donuts and bagels. They have everything rightly priced and quality maintained. Food is easily available. Downside: i need some kind of topping while having a bagel and they have a variety of bagels but no topping (toppings as in sauces or salsa).
