Oh my god! After seeing the advert for the new sandwich,"burnt beef ends"I was finally persuaded to buy one. The advert shows a beautiful well made sandwich with chunks of formed beef. What I got was a sloppy sandwich with beef that had the looks of tinned meatballs what had been blended, To add insult to injury, I had bought four of them for our dinners at home, costing me the sum of £18. Watch out Subway!, I'm sending Gordon Ramsey to try them, haha!

Attitude from one staff member in particular is apalling. Young blonde woman. Sulky, rude, not at all customer oriented. Loos smelly and grubby. Tables not cleared. The older dark haired woman is friendly and personable and the only saving grace about this place.
