We had a great time. Lots to do, including mini bowling. The free show was great fun. Water park, room, all good fun. The arcade has lots of games, but gets too pricey too fast.

Great hotel for a family. We visited during the holidays and they had lots of activities. Snow in the lobby, Christmas tree lighting, visit by Santa, and more. The hotel is decorated for Christmas and looked spectacular. The room was clean. Our fireplace wasn't working and maintenance had it fixed quickly. The staff interacted with our children and gave us a magical stay. The food service areas looked a little under staffed and it took awhile in line. The night security guard Frank and Matt at the front desk were so sweet to our girls and gave us tips of special extras around the hotel.
