My wife and I experienced fantastic service and food at the Columbus Ave store which led us to crave more of their delicious food the next day. This time we've decided to have it at a location closer to our accommodation. Upon entering this particular store on May 22, at about 1.45pm, we were not greeted by anyone and the staffs did not gave any eye contact nor acknowledged us. We then noticed a sign that stated something along the lines of "we reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone." Guess they exercised their rights. We were ignored while the cashier was moving about, not a single word or acknowledgement for the entire 10 minutes while we were standing at the order taking counter. To those who are considering having a meal at this particular restaurant, I'd suggest dropping by the one at Columbus Ave instead as they'd welcome anyone with their great and friendly service.

The pasta we had didn't seem fresh but that is probably because the place was packed and they probably had all the pastas made in the day. Very cozy place. Great service. Good choice of drinks. It's a good place to visit when there isn't a large crowd.

The Italian Homemade Company is phenomenal. Truly one of the outstanding restaurant in CA right now. We've been here about 6 times & never had a single issue with anything they have served us. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves good food/fine dining!

The best fast-casual dining experience. There's usually a line, so expect to wait for a table to become available or simply takeout. Order & pay at the cashier, then grab a table & the server will bring you your meal. Fresh made pasta all day...You can watch them make it from scratch, from the window on Union Street. Enjoy!!!

Love this place mostly. Pastas are exquisite and highly authentic. The flat bread sandwiches are delicious. The salads hit the mark. The staff is very accommodating of my wheelchair-bound friend, who sometimes needs some extra assistance. My only complaint is about the price for the portions, which may not be large enough for a hungry diner. What you get for the money is extremely pleasing, though.

For my first time coming here it was such a good experience. The hostess was such Ana amazing person she helped us in ordering the food because we weren’t sure in the portion sizes. It was such good food too.. recommend this to everyone I knows traveling and wanting pasta

Pasta and salad was quite good. The flat bread sandwich was pretty dry though. Fun to watch them make pasta.

Love this simple, delicious and relatively inexpensive "quick" pasta restaurant in Cow Hollow. Fresh pasta and sauces and a really, really fresh and well-presented Garden Salad, as appetizer. I love how they feature ravioli, tortellini and lasagna -- but one thing I wish they'd offer besides fettuccine, pappardelle and tagliatelle is thinner pasta such as linguine and even classic spaghetti -- but small complaint. Also, their staff is wonderful -- and good-looking!

Must try! This cozy yet traditional Italian joint provides prompt service and amazingly fresh food. Try the veggie Lasagna but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The lady and I definitely look forward to coming here again! The music and staff really make this place feel authentic, along with the freshly made pasta.
