The food was good as usual, but the service was one of our worst experiences. 15 minute wait to get a server. She had to ask twice what we ordered. Food arrived ahead of drinks, no refills (fortunately a good server pinch hit and we got some). I felt fortunate that we weren't the only ones; everyone around us had same problem.

Was at this location 9/10/17 for my mother's birthday. There was hardly anybody there so we sat outside with nobody around. My mother ordered the Samuel Adams and said it was pretty good. That was about the extent of the positives about our experience. My father and I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. The waitress came back 5 minutes after we ordered and said they were out of hamburgers. We ended up asking if we could get the sirloin steak for the same price, which they finally did. My father's steak came out as he wanted, mine was dry and way overdone (well done instead of medium) and neither were that great. The bathrooms were disgusting. The urinals in the men's restroom were both covered in bags and it smelt, my wife and mother said the same of the women's restroom. We will not come back to this restaurant. I've heard of many of these restaurants closing without notice to even their employees. After our experience, I believe how crappy they really are and could see that happening to this one.
