We phoned and ordered two subs with different sauces. After hanging up I called back to make sure they wrote on the boxes which sauce was on which sub. The girl that answered the phone was incredibly rude and as I was talking talked over me saying "yep yep yep" rudely and then before I was finished talking slammed the phone in my ear. I was horribly insulted and called back to cancel my order. The guy that answered asked why I was cancelling and I explained. All he said was "so you want to cancel?" I said yes and he said ok and hung up. No apology or anything. Very rude and never ordering again

I don't care how good the food is, the complete lack of customer service is inexcusable. After calling back to confirm something after placing our order, we were hung up on after being spoken to by a snippy, short tempered young lady. We called back to cancel the order, and no attempt was made to apologize or remedy the situation. This was not the first time we've been dealt with in this matter, and it was the final insult. We will not be ordering from here again.

tldr: Below average food this time, normally the food's been great. Crappy customer service, not that they've ever had great customer service. While I've normally been a fan of this place and usually recommend it to everyone, tonight has been a rather bad customer service experience. A large group of us ordered several items from there for delivery, and we all heard the order and they asked for Brisket & Gravy Subs, however when the food arrived there was no gravy. We then called back and were told that we obviously never ordered it - we weren't charged and I would have been happy to pay for it if they had offered to deliver it, but they just insisted we had ordered the subs without gravy. The fries were lukewarm at best and the gravy would've helped matters. The sub was pretty bland and hardly had any sauce on it either. This will make me re-think ordering from there for a while.

I've never gotten a bad pizza from here. The smoked meat is super tasty and the subs and poutines are amazing. Loving this place so hard.

The food for the most part is fantastic. The pizzas are all creative superstars and the ribs are great. The pizzas I recommend without hesitation, the best in the city. The reason it loses a star was the poor taste and presentation of the pulled pork (just shredded pork with a small dollop of sauce on top, but not mixed in) and that the wings were lukewarm, almost cold, despite just 4 minutes after picking my order up. But will go back.
