Too many great things to say about this place, from the local vibes, good drinks and awesome food. One of my favorite places in the whole twin cities and its not even close. Make your reservations early because they fill up fast, then get the lemon-ricotta hotcakes, hevous, or corn pancakes with some some Homemade PB on the side. Best breakfast. Then stop up at Angel Food on your way out for the best bakery items!

We called two hours ahead for a party of nine, and were seated immediately. The waiter was prompt and very polite! The atmosphere is funky, there is a parking ramp next door, and food is fantastic. The chef certainly knows what he is doing, there was not one person in our group that didn't like what they ordered, including my two picky daughters. I bought the cookbook, it has the rich history of the owners included. I will certainly be returning here!

Very friendly service, large portions of comfort food and unique design. I get why this place is packed and it's so far one of the better places I've eaten at in downtown Minneapolis. However, the food is a bit heavy for me and the portions are ludicrously big. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a decent value and to be well treated but its not totally my vibe or style of food. Walleye fish and chips is interesting and better than your run of the mill fish and chips.
