No real wait time unless you count the five minutes we stood at the empty hostess station looking for someone to seat us. We ended up sitting in the lounge area because the dining room was FULL of loud children. The large screen televisions were nice.We ordered diet soda and tea. The waitress didn't ask sweet or unsweet. The tea arrived sweet (not what we wanted) Our drinks were not refilled. Now for the pizza: It was small (as other reviewers stated) however, it was enough for two people. Crust was crunchy. That's a plus. Final verdict? I've had better pizza--MUCH better pizza.

FYI not an American company. Pizza is good but its pretty much a good example of Canadians butchering Americana. If you're from the states, stick to the pizza on this menu.

We showed up with a group of 50. The girls that waited on our table were sweet and even though it was a tough job they handled our big group very well. I have to confess that I'm not a big fan of the pizza here but despite that, the atmosphere is always nice and I almost always leave with a full belly.

Great ceasars and patio! The service was quick! The food came quickly and was fresh. Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is fun and light. The smokey whisky bacon Caesar is a must try for any Caesar enthusiast!

My husband and I went to this location around 10:30 pm sat down the waitress got us our drinks and said she’d be back to take our order. Well 30 min had passed still she didn’t come back. She did check out a large table after that went to other tables. She did look at me a couple of times. My husband got the manager and he basically gave him attitude saying staff was changing shifts but it was the same girl no other girl was there. My husband said the manager could care less and said it would just go back to him because there was no one higher than him and head office is in British Columbia. So we basically just had the drink then went to the one location on Lundy’s Lane which was a better experience. We will not visit this location again the one on Morrison and Dorchester.

The told us they were holding the door! The restaurant was not even half full. The hostess said The kitchen can't keep up with what they had. For a hotel this size! Unbelievable! The Americana better tighten the rains on the franchise there letting rent there space. I defenetly will be filling a complaint. Good ridens. And I'll never stay there again

Way too expensive for your average frozen food/ bar food place. Staff was good. But my least favorite place to eat. 18.99 for spaghetti and meatballs is insane. You can buy a whole package of spaghetti for 99 cents. A bag of frozen meatballs for $7 and a can of the same quality sauce for a $1.50. For less than $10 you can easily feed 6 -8 people. I have no idea how they can justify their prìces.

Me and my sister went there to have some good food but it turned out to be a really bad decision. I ordered chicken wings and a customized pizza. First I received chicken wings and I couldn't taste anything but the oil. I am quiet sure they were not fresh. After the first dissappointment, I was expecting the pizza to be really good. But that came out as a second disappointment. The vegetables were stale and tasteless. However, the service was fine I don't recommend this place at all

Place is not good. Service was terrible. We were told on a Saturday night our group was too big to accommodate. It makes no sense since it's in a massive tourist attraction. I recommend go anywhere else but here. Very dissipointing, especially with children who wanted pizza.
