Salad was excellent. Sadly the main was very poor. Chips were completely inedible. Pale,unappetising looking and cold. I was one of a party of 6 adults and 2 children. Even the children could not eat the chips!We complained to the waitress who said she would tell the chef. But that seemed to be the best she could do. A very disappointing outing for both children and adults,doubt if I will return to a Harvester.

Arrived around 7:30 Sunday evening. 1. Both chose fish and chips. Told they'd run out. Fair enough. 2. Chose Chicken and chips, Steak and chips. 25 mins later asked for update. Meals arrived straightaway.....but the chips were barely warm. Had them replaced. 3. Kids allowed to run around hooting and hollering. Manager could have done with having a quiet word with the parents. Health and safety issues! 4. Noisy adults but couldn't have a quiet word with their parents! 5. Patio door needs fixing. Every time a smoker went out the door stayed open. The smell of smoke was unpleasant. I got up to close the door a number of times and we also asked a waitress to do it. 6. The "hot" chocolate was far from hot. I was not looking to find faults. Had I been I'm sure the list would have been twice as long. Ps. The waitress (Kim) was very good.
